Cancellation
Cancellations are subject to the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry
This means in the event of cancellation:
You can cancel free of charge up to 1 month before arrival.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price, in case of early departure 100%.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid. The deposit is a partial payment of the agreed package price. You are welcome to transfer the remaining total price before your arrival or pay it in cash on site.
